Please ensure that you follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Refunds:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above, including the item being in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
